Usal is a typical Marathi dish made with peas, lentils or sprouts and served with Bhakris or Chapatis. They are high in spices, full in flavor and rich with nutrition.
1. Start with heating oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds to the oil, turmeric, ground malasa, mix masala and salt.
2. Saute for some time and add boiled black peas. Boil it for 5 minutes.
3. Serve hot.
