Easy onion fritters make for a great snack with your evening cuppa.

INGREDIENTS

    2 onions sliced lengthwise
    Chickpea flour as per requirement
    Coriander according to requirement
    1 tbsp mix masala
    A pinch of asafoetida
    Oil for frying
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut the onions lengthwise.

2. Make the batter with the chickpea flour, dry spices and coriander leaves.

3. Fry the onions one by one.
