Karamani Sundal (Sweet Chawli)

This Navratri treat yourself to some 'Dakshini Delight' with the scrumptious Karamani Sundal. Made with black eyed peas and jaggery, spiced with chillies and cardamom this is a perfect snack to munch on during this festive occasion.
Method:
1. In a heated pan, add in ghee, chillies, jaggery, chawli water and mix well.
2. Add in cardamom powder, black eyed beans and mix. Let it cook for a while and add coconut.
3. Mix and serve.
