This Navratri treat yourself to some ‘Dakshini Delight’ with the scrumptious Karamani Sundal. Made with black eyed peas and jaggery, spiced with chillies and cardamom this is a perfect snack to munch on during this festive occasion.
1. In a heated pan, add in ghee, chillies, jaggery, chawli water and mix well.
2. Add in cardamom powder, black eyed beans and mix. Let it cook for a while and add coconut.
3. Mix and serve.
