Now you can experience the taste of Kashmiri Dum Aloo in your own kitchen. Laced with fennel powder, asafoetida and garam masala, this one is purely sensational.

INGREDIENTS

    Small potatoes: 10
    Curd 1 cup
    Fennel seed powder 1 tsp
    Saunt: 1 tsp
    Khada garam masala
    Asafoetida a pinch
    Coriander powder: 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
    Red chili powder: 1 tsp
    Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS

To the pan add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, saunt, fennel seed powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, water, cur and mix them together.
Add the potatoes, salt, coriander leaves and mix them again.
Cover the lid and let them cook for 3-4 minutes.
Dum Aloo is ready to serve.
