Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, dry spices and saute until it begins to splutter
Add onions, tomatoes and salt. Stir fry it until brown
Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and the garam masala.
Stir to mix well
Add jackfruit and water to the mixture and let it cook for 15 - 20 minutes
Bring to a boil and simmer till the vegetable is cooked through.
Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
