1. In a heated pan, add oil, onions, green chillies, tomatoes and all the spice powders along with kheema and mix well.
2. Pour in water and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add in the boiled vegetables along with salt and layer with boiled eggs and rice.
4. Top it with ghee, saffron, lemon juice, corriander and mint leaves.
5. Cover and let it cook for a while. Serve hot.
