Crunchy Keema Stuffed Aloo Tikki is a lip-smacking snack recipe popular in every Indian household. It's easy to make dish and can be prepared on any occasion. Do follow this simple recipe of Veena and let us know in the comment below!!

INGREDIENTS

    Mutton kheema: 200 gms
    Finely chopped onion (Medium): 1
    Finely chopped ginger: 1 teaspoon
    2 green chillies finely chopped
    1tablespoon oil
    1 teaspoon Chings Chicken Chilli Masala
    salt to taste
    Finely chopped coriander leaves

DIRECTIONS

Wash kheema well and with 1 cup water cook in a pressure cooker for 5-7 minutes after the first whistle.
Heat Oil in a small pan. Add ginger , chillies and onion and saute till onion is soft and translucent. Now add boiled kheema after draining out any remnant water. Saute for a minute or two. Add Chicken Chilli masala and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Your filling is now ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and fill into tikkis when cool.
