An excellent recipe to make use of over ripe bananas which are usually discarded because of its soggy texture. Archana shows us how to make Kelyache Umbre using very minimal ingredients.
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix in the bananas, salt, jaggery and flour.
2. Scoop out little portions of the batter, shape and shallow fry in a pan.
3. Serve hot.
