1. In a blender jar, add Kashmiri chillies, ginger, curry leaves.
2. Now add onions & Guntur chillies
3. To that add, freshly grated coconut.
4. Add some salt to taste.
5. Add coconut oil.
6. Blend it into a coarse consistency or fine depending on how you like the texture of your chutney.
7. Serve the coconut Chammanthi with idlis, dosa or sambar rice.
