In a pan boil the milk.
In another pan add in ghee, semolina and mix it together.
Add the boiled milk to the semolina mixture and cook it for 5 minutes
Add in sugar and cook it again for 5 more minutes.
Add in saffron, cardamom powder, raisins,chopped almonds and mix it all together and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Kesar sheera is ready to serve.
