Khasta Kachori – Moong Dal Kachori

Khasta Kachori - is an extremely delicious and savourful, dish. It can be enjoyed as an appetizer and a side dish as well. INGREDIENTS

    Moong dal 1/2 cup soaked for just two hours in water
    Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp.
    Grated ginger 1tsp.
    Saunf 1/2 tsp.
    Hari mirch chopped 2
    Jeera 1/2 tsp.
    Heeng a pinch
    Garam masala 1/2 tsp.
    Salt a pinch
    Oil to fry
    Maida 2 cups
    Oil 1/2 cup

DIRECTIONS

Prepare the dough and rest it for half an hour
In a mixture grind the moong dal
In another pan heat some oil, add in oil, cumin seeds, saunf, coriander powder, ginger, chopped green chilli, moong dal and mix it together.
Let it cook for 3-4 minutes
Add in garam masala, coriander leaves, salt and mix it again.
Add in the moong dal stuffing inside the dough and roll it out like a puri
Deep fry these kachori
Monng dal kachori is ready to serve.
