In a vessel, add sugar
Add water, which should be half the quantity of sugar used
Bring the sugar and water to a boil
Add liquid glucose and citric acid
Turn off the gas
Cool the liquid mixture for a couple of minutes
TIP: Liquid glucose makes the drink transparent and ensures the sugar melts
TIP: If you don't want to use the emulsion, use 1/2 tsp essence and 1/2 tsp khus
Once the liquid mixture has cooled, add a drop of the khus emulsion
TIP:You can also add ginger and lime juice
For the mocktail:
In a glass add 2-3 tsp of the khus liquid
Pour lemonade into the khus mixture
