2 cups jaggery
1 1/2 cups water
250 g corn kernels
Salt as per taste
1. In a deep saucepan, heat coconut oil. Put in the corn kernels and salt and mix it. Cover the pan and let the kernels pop.
2. To make the jaggery syrup, add jaggery and water to a pan and let it melt on low heat. Once it melts, let it cool and strain it well. After strained, put the syrup on the stove again on low heat and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes. The syrup should have a thick consistency. Allow it to cool properly.
