Kolkata’s favourite rolls get a twist with kasundi and prawns. Give it a try?
1. Heat some butter and add garlic. Saute for a few seconds.
2. Put some lemongrass, onions and fry. Add in the kasundi paste.
3. Add some fresh cream and mix well.
4. At this stage, add the prawns and cook well.
5. Fry store-bought parathas with some butter.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
