Kolkata-Style Egg Fried Rice
An easy Kolkata style fried rice for your weekend dinner!
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the egg in it and sauté it till it scrambles. Keep it aside.
3. In the same oil add the onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and the vegetables and sauté for a while. Then add the rice, black pepper, salt and soya sauce.
4. Add the fried eggs. Stir fry to mix well. Serve.
