Planning a house party on the weekend? Enough with the desi tikkas, treat your guests this Korean barbeque chicken instead.

INGREDIENTS

    Barbeque sauce
    Gochujan paste
    Salt
    Oil
    Pepper
    Mirin
    White wine vinegar
    Soy sauce
    Chicken

DIRECTIONS

Start by marinating the chicken with all the ingredients.

Cook it on the grill and once done, take it off and let it cool for a while.

Garnish and serve with kimchi.
