INGREDIENTS

    1 bowl red pumpkin
    Wheat flour as peer need
    1 bowl jaggery
    Salt to taste
    Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

Bhopla o pumpkin is considered as a poor mans source of carotene. Rich in minerals and vitamins pumpkin is an ideal vegetable for kids and making sweet puris with pumpkin is the best way to make this boring vegetable appetizing.

Method:

1. Start with adding pumpkin, jaggery and salt in a heated pan and cook together.

2. Transfer the mix into a bowl. Keep it aside to cool.

3. Once it is cooled, add in the flour and mix it.

4. Make small puffs with this mix and deep fry them.

5. Serve hot.
