Garlic is sauteed and then tossed with other veggies to get a delicious dish.
Heat a pan and pour oil.
Add green chillies and garlic and fry it well so that it becomes brown.
Then add chopped onions and salt and let them cook.
Put chopped spinach and cook it for 5 minutes.
Once it has cooked, garnish it with grated coconut and serve it.
