Leftover Rice Recipe: Phodnicha Bhaat
Not sure what to make for a quick breakfast? Put last night's extra rice to good use.
1. In a heated pan, add in oil, garlic, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, curry leaves, corriander, chilli powder and onions and mix well.
2. Add in the cooked rice and mix everything together.
3. Garnish with coriander and serve.
