Are leftover rotis quite a frequent sight in your home? Get them out of the fridge and turn them into this delicious upma the next morning.

INGREDIENTS

    2 left over chapathis
    1 smal onion chopped
    2 small tomatoes chopped
    1 egg beaten
    2 green chillies chopped
    Handful of curry leaves
    ½ tsp mustard seeds
    ½ tsp jeera seeds
    1 dry red chill
    I tsp urad dal
    1 tsp Channa dal
    Salt to taste
    Coriander leaves for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. In a heated pan, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, red chillies and saute.

2. Add in onions, tomaotes and green chillies and mix well.

3. Break an egg, add salt and cook well.

4. Put in roughly chopped rotis, pour some watr and let it cook.

5. Garnish and serve.
