Delicious Chicken Khurana Recipe by Kalyan

Method
- Add the ginger and garlic paste into the chicken
- Mix it evenly on to the chicken
- Add the garam masala powder
- Add the black pepper powder
- Add the coriander powder
- Add the jeera powder (cumin powder)
- Add the red chilli powder
- Sprinkle little salt
- Add the curd (dahi)
- Mix well so chicken is well covered in the marinade
- Add mustard oil to the marinade.Mix well
- Leave the marinade in the refrigerator for ½ an hou
- Transfer the marinated chicken into a flat bottomed baking dish
- Pre heat the oven for 10 mins at 200 degree celsius
- Bake the chicken for another 10 mins at 200 degree celsius
- Add the cashew and almonds in to the grinder
- Grind the nuts
- Now add the chopped tomatoes and onions
- Add the green chillies and coriander leaves
- Grind well
- Add the cream
- Add the tomato puree
- Add 2 tbsp of water
- Add 2 tsp of salt
- Whisk the ingredients together
- Transfer the sauce to another bowl
- Layer the sauce on to the baked chicken
- Mix well
- Add in 2 tbsp of tomato puree and sprinkle some red chillies on top
- Add 1 tbsp of ghee on top
- Put the chicken back into the oven for 10mins at 200 degree Celsius
- Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves. Serve hot
