Aloo Puri Sabzi is a simple and authentic Indian recipe made with Potato chops and masala. Watch and Learn this tasty Aloo Ki Bhaaji recipe by Roopa and do try at your place. This time we have made this with a Chinese twist. Let us know you twist to this recipe in the comment section below

INGREDIENTS

    1-2 tablespoon Oil
    1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
    1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
    1-2 Green Chilies, chopped
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    1-2 medium Potatoes, boiled, peeled & chopped
    1 tablespoon Ching's Veg Manchurian Masala
    Salt to taste
    Water required
    Coriander leaves, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Heat some oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder & green chilies and fry it well.
Then add the onions and cook it for sometime till it becomes brown.
To this add the boiled potatoes, Ching’s Veg Manchurian Masala, a little bit of salt, splash of water and cook the ingredients well.
Serve it with some yummy Masala Poori.
