Who said pickle-making is a tedious process? Learn from our in house chef Preetha, how to prepare instant maanga ingi pickle. Made within a couple of minutes, this preparation can be eaten with both rice and chapattis.

Method:

1. In a bowl, mix chopped mango ginger, chillies, salt, turmeric, lime juice.

2. Heat oil in a pan.

3. Add mustard seeds, chopped curry leaves and pour it in bowl.

4. Mix everything well and serve with curd rice.
