A coastal favourite, this soothing kokum drink can be made in a jiffy!

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup grated coconut
    7-8 kokam
    Coriander for garnish
    Salt according to taste
    2 green chilli
    2 garlic cloves
    Water

DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender, add in coconut, chillies, garlic and mix well.

2. Strain in a bowl and add in salt, kokum and coriander.

3. Mix well and serve.
