It's time to treat your taste buds. So try this crispy Surmai Tawa Fry at home by Archana and serve it with hot rice and Sol kadhi to your loved ones.

INGREDIENTS

    4 Surmai Fishes
    2 tablespoons Ginger-Garlic Chilli Paste
    1 tablespoon red chili powder
    2 tablespoons oil
    50 grams Rice Flour and semolina
    Salt to Taste
    1/2 tablespoon Lemon

DIRECTIONS

In a plate mix ginger garlic chili paste, red chili powder, lemon juice and apply the mixture to the fish
Dip the masala fish in the rice flour and semolina powder.
Add the fish in the shallow oil pan and cook it on both the sides.
Your Surmai Tawa Fry is ready to serve.
