Egg Bhurji - Anda Bhurji is a spicy Indian scrambled egg recipe made with eggs, vegetables and masalas. It tastes the best when paired with pav. Have it for breakfast or a delicious evening snack!

INGREDIENTS

    5 eggs
    Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
    Chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
    Green chilies finely chopped 3
    Tomato 2 chopped
    Onion finely chopped 2
    Ginger minced 1 tablespoon
    1/4 capsicum chopped
    Garam masala 1 teaspoon
    Oil 1 tablespoon
    Salt coriander fresh chopped
    Bread to serve

DIRECTIONS

In a pan add oil, chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped ginger, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala and mix it all together.
To the mixture add the eggs and mix them together.
Egg bhurji is ready to serve and best enjoyed with some rotis or pav.
