Learn to make perfect chapatis at home using this step-by-step recipe.

INGREDIENTS

    3/4 cup wheat flour
    3-4 tsp of oil
    1 cup water
    Salt to taste
    Ghee

DIRECTIONS

1. Knead the dough and let it rest.

2. Make roundels and roll it.

3. Apply some oil while rolling it.

4. Dust some flour and make round chapatis.

5. Once brown on both sides, apply some oil and fry the chapati.

6. Serve hot with ghee.
