Grind the soaked urad dal and soaked rice separately.
Pour them into a bowl and add salt, fruit salt to it.
Let the batter rest for 8 minutes
Pour some oil to the idli plate and then pour the batter accordingly.
Cook the idlis for 10 minutes
Idli is ready to serve and best enjoyed with some coconut chutney
