How To Make Soft Idli At Home

Make your morning more refreshing and healthy by having this spongy Idli with Sambhar or Chutney for Breakfast. Made with just a few ingredients it is an easy breakfast recipe By Geetha in Tamil.

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup Soaked Rice
    1 cup Soaked Urad Dal
    1 Tsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Fruit Salt
    Oil

DIRECTIONS

Grind the soaked urad dal and soaked rice separately.
Pour them into a bowl and add salt, fruit salt to it.
Let the batter rest for 8 minutes
Pour some oil to the idli plate and then pour the batter accordingly.
Cook the idlis for 10 minutes
Idli is ready to serve and best enjoyed with some coconut chutney
