Made with just a few ingredients it a super easy recipe which tastes best with any kind of sabzi or curry. Try this Crispy Cornmeal Poori by Pallavi.

INGREDIENTS

    corn flour - 1 cup
    Whole wheat flour 1 cup
    carom seeds 1/2 teaspoon
    Salt
    Oil 2 tablespoon.
    Oil to fry

DIRECTIONS

To the bowl add corn flour, whole wheat flour, carom seeds, salt and mix them together.
Add water according to the consistency and form a dough
Make small pooris out of them
Deep fry them on both the side until it turns golden brown in color.
Makke ki Poori is ready to serve and best enjoyed with any pickle or chutney.
