Heat a pan and meanwhile in a bowl take boiled potatoes, paneer,salt to taste, chopped green chilies, cornflour,coriander leaves and mix it well.
Now stuff raisins in the round shaped kofta balls prepared of the mixture
Deep fry the kofta balls on the medium flame until golden brown.
Heat a pan, put ghee, ginger garlic paste, onion paste and stir it until golden brown. Then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder,garam masala and mix it well. Add tomato puree and leave it to cook for 5 min on a low flame.
Add cashew & coconut paste, mawa and water to the gravy and cook it for a min. Add milk cream and honey in the gravy.
Garnish the malai kofta with chopped coriander leaves, honey and milk cream.
