Mango Murabba is a jam like preparation made with Totapuri mangoes. The king of fruits is enjoyed in many forms. There is no bigger joy in life to dig into a ripe, juicy and sweet mango.

Mango Murabba by Veena

  • put the sugar in the handi
  • Add 2 glasses of water
  • Let it boil for a couple of seconds
  • Add crushed cardamom
  • stir occasionaly
  • Cook till the mangoes get softer and the syrup thickens
  • Add a hint of food colour
  • Cook it for a minute or two
  • Cool to room temperature
  • Murabba is ready
