1. Take a bowl of fresh hung curd in a big bowl.
2. Pour in a cup of mango puree.
3. Then put powdered sugar according to taste.
4. Add some cardamom powder and saffron which is optional to use.
5. Whisk it together so that it attains a creamy and rich texture.
6. Garnish with dry fruits like pistachio and almonds on the shrikhand.
6. Ready to Serve.
