Heat oil. Add the chopped onions and saute the onion until translucent. Add garlic, pureed carrots and beetroot.
Add the bay leaf, pepper, and mixed herbs.
Add pureed tomatoes, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and salt.
Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes and then add chopped coriander leaves.
Toast the bread on a non-stick pan. Spoon the marinara sauce on the bread and garnish with cheese.
