Masala Dosa Recipe for a Satisfying Breakfast

For Potato Bhaji:
Heat some oil in a pan.
Once it is heated, add asafoetida, fenugreek seeds, chana dal, urad dal, green chilies, curry leaves, mustard seeds and give it a good mix.
Then add the onions, salt & turmeric powder and cook till the onions soften and become traslucent.
Then add the boiled, peeled & chopped potatoes to the mixture and give it a good mix, till all the ingredients get well combined.
If required, mash the potaotes with the spatula.
Add some sugar, lime juice and coriander leaves and give it a good mix.
Take it out in a bowl and keep it to cool down.
For Dosa:
To make the dosa soak rice, boiled rice, fenugreek seeds & urad dal overnight.
In the morning strain out the water and add these ingredients into a mixer.
Give it a good mix by adding salt and water as required.
