Masala Dosa Recipe in Hindi

    Boiled potato, 2 to 3, peeled & mashed
    Ginger paste, 1 teaspoon
    Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon
    Medium sized onion chopped, 2
    Cumin seeds, ½ teaspoon
    Mustard seeds, ½ teaspoon
    Green chili chopped, 2
    Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
    Coriander powder, 1 teaspoon
    Red chili powder, ½ teaspoon
    Garam masala powder, ½ teaspoon
    Roasted peanuts, 2 tablespoons
    Oil, 1 tablespoon
    Chopped coriander, 2 tablespoons
    Finely chopped onion, 1
    Finely chopped tomato, 1
    Grated carrot, 1
    Salt to taste
    Dosa batter
    grated coconut


• Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add cumin and mustard seeds, let them crackle.
• Add ginger and garlic paste and chopped onions. Saute till golden brown.
• Add the dry spice powders. Mix well. Now add the mashed potatoes, roasted peanuts and salt. Mix well.
• Your masala is ready. Spread inside the dosa and top with chopped onion, tomato, carrot and coriander.
