    1 medium-sized pomfret
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    Oil
    1/2 tbsp lime juice
    Salt to taste
    Paste of green chillies, coriander and garlic
    1 tsp mix masala

DIRECTIONS

A typical Maharashtrian recipe for fried fish. A best-seller as a party snack too!

Method:

1. Marinate the fish and keep it aside for a while.

2. Shallow fry. Serve hot.
