in a cooker add in carrot, green peas, potatoes, water, salt, turmeric powder and let it cook for 2 whistles.
Once they are cooked mash them.
In a pan add oil, chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chili, chopped tomatoes and grind them to puree consistency
In another pan add in the prepared puree and vegetable mash and mix it together by adding a little bit of water
Then add in it some, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, dry mango powder, fennel seeds, jaggery, salt and mix it all together
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes
