Masala puris go well as a quick snack or even breakfast with some potato subzi.

INGREDIENTS

    2 bowls wheat flour
    1/2 tsp ground pepper
    1/2 tsp jeera (cumin) powder
    Oil
    1 cup water
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all the ingredients to make the dough and make little roundels out of the dough.

2. Heat oil in a pan, drop the puris in and fry till they’re fluffy.

3. Serve hot.
