Method:
- Put the finely chopped garlic and chillies into the flour
- Add methi
- Add palak
- Add 1 tbsp til
- Add salt as per taste
- Mix the ingredients well
- Add some oil
- TIP: do not knead the dough as soft as roti dough and not as hard as puri dough
- Roll the dough in a thin round shape
- Heat the oil
- Cut the rolled dough into triangular shapes
- After cutting poke the dough with a fork so that it does not rise while deep frying
- Separate the triangles
- Put the triangles in the oil pan and fry
- Ready to serve
