In a bowl Add flour, biscuit flour and some biscuit chunks, caster sugar and mix well.
Add egg and mix in as much as you can.
Add the milk, melted butter and a few drops of vanilla essence and mix until smooth. Then add coffee syrup.
Pour the batter in microwave cup.
Centre your mug in the middle of the microwave oven and bake for 25 to 30 min.
Pipe out some whipped cream. And serve.
