INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients:
    Rectangular Samosapatti or 4-5 Spring Roll sheets
    Water to fasten
    Oil to fry
    Corn Flour
    Filling:
    1 cup mawa
    ½ cup castor sugar
    ¼ cup ground almonds
    ¼ cup ground pistachios
    2-3 saffron strands
    1 tsp cardamom powder
    To serve:
    Chasni
    Vanilla ice cream
    Honey

DIRECTIONS

Method:

Mix the filling ingredients together and spread onto the samosa patti in the center.

Lengthwise, on one side roll the wrapper and twist at the two sides to resemble a peppermint candy wrap.

Fry Serve with a drizzle of chasni and side of vanilla ice cream.
