Heat oil in a kadhai or pot Rinse, peel and then thinly chop all the veggies.
Add all of them in a mixing bowl
Add all the powdered spices, ginger, garlic & chili paste.
Combine all the ingredients together and add salt to taste Gradually add besan and mix it together
Mix to a thick yet flowing batter.
Now, add a spoonful of pakora batter in the oil.
Deep fry them on a medium flame until golden brown
Remove the pakora on a kitchen paper and drain the extra oil
Serve vegetable pakora with any chutney or ketchup of your choice. Enjoy!
