Mixed Vegetable Pakora
Mixed Vegetable Pakora/Pakoda is a perfect tea time snack to munch on! Ditch the regular onion or aloo pakora and relish the goodness of veggies in crispy fritters form. Go ahead and try this monsoon special recipe by Archana Arte and let us know how it turned out to be.
Heat oil in a kadhai or pot Rinse, peel and then thinly chop all the veggies.
Add all of them in a mixing bowl
Add all the powdered spices, ginger, garlic & chili paste.
Combine all the ingredients together and add salt to taste Gradually add besan and mix it together
Mix to a thick yet flowing batter.
Now, add a spoonful of pakora batter in the oil.
Deep fry them on a medium flame until golden brown
Remove the pakora on a kitchen paper and drain the extra oil
Serve vegetable pakora with any chutney or ketchup of your choice. Enjoy!
