Rich in proteins and low in calories, Pesarattu is a popular snack from Andhra Pradesh. Made with ingredients found at home, this preparation can be made either for lunch or dinner. For all those moms out there, this is a great tiffin option for your kid!
Method:
1. Start by blending all the ingredients together to make the batter.
2. On a hot pan, pour the batter to make the dosa. Add the onions, chili and cumin seed powder on top.
3. Serve hot.
