- Take a mixing bowl, add boiled & mashed potatoes, salt, garlic & ginger paste and coriander.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. When they crackle, add the asafoetida, chili, turmeric and curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.
- Pour in the tempering into the potato mixture. Combine it properly and keep it aside
- Divide the potato filling and shape into rounds.
