Mumbai's Street Food Comes Home! Pav Bhaji Recipe in Hindi
Pav bhaji is the quickest and most delicious meal you can get on Mumbai's streets. But it's really simple to whip up this buttery and spicy vegetarian dish at home as well. Sadaf Hussein takes you through his mouth-watering recipe for pav bhaji in Hindi.

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger, garlic, and green chillies and sauté till golden brown.
Add boiled vegetables and stir. Stir in the pav bhaji masala, turmeric, tomatoes, capsicum and salt.
Add slit green chillies and water and mix it well. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Mash the vegetables till they are little pulpy.
Add lemon juice and serve with buttered and toasted buns, onions and lemon wedges.
