INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients:
    Yoghurt – 1.5 cups
    Bananas – 2
    Sugar (optional) – 1 tbsp
    Chopped Walnuts – 10 – 12
    Saffron Strands

DIRECTIONS

Method:

1. In a blender jar, add yoghurt, banana slices, walnuts, saffron and sugar (optional).
2. Grind until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass.
4. Garnish with chopped nuts & saffron.
5. Serve.
