Kuttu Atta: 1 cup
Ghee: 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar: 1 cup
Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon
Almond powder: 1 teaspoon
Milk: 1/2 cup
Preheat the oven to 180 °C
Take a mixing bowl, add kuttu atta, ghee, sugar, cardamom powder and almond powder
Mix it well and knead into the firm dough by adding milk
Refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes
Shape the dough into cookies and bake it for 10 – 15 minutes
Serve it with saffron milk and enjoy
