Neer Moru is a refreshing summer cooler. You can try this easy drink recipe at home by Preetha and can also indulge in it when you just want to relax and laze around.

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup curds
    2 ½ cups chilled water
    1 small piece ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped or grated
    1 green chili, coarsely chopped
    Coriander leaves
    Salt
    Few pieces Whole Hing dissolved in water
    2 tsp oil
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    Curry leaves

DIRECTIONS

In a blender combine all the ingredients except oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
Blend and pour into glasses.
Prepare to temper with oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
Pour over Moru and serve
